- Term 1 dates: 23 January – 30 March
- Term 2 dates: 16 April - 22 June
- Mid year concert - Saturday 16 June
- Term 3 dates: 9 July - 21 September
- Term 4 dates: 8 October – 7 December
- End of year concert – Saturday 1 December

Payment of Fees
Fees for each term must be paid in full by the 2nd week of each dance term. A 10% discount applies to class fees for students attending 2 classes per week. No refunds given for classes unattended or pre-paid.
Fees are charged per term and have 10% GST added.
Missed Classes
Although fees are calculated by the number of classes attended, the fees apply for the entire term and do not change if classes are missed or unattended. This means there are no deductions in the following month for any missed classes in the current month.
